FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering, housing and utility services. The invention can be used for year-round work with heat generation during the heating season by means of deep utilisation of low-potential heat of exhaust combustion products in heat and power plants operating on gas fuel, resulting in a heated water temperature of up to 95÷130°C and a thermal power no lower than the cooling power for heating and hot water supply and producing cold up to 5÷7°C during the absence of heating for air conditioning systems or for process cooling of equipment. The method for heat and cold supply using an absorption thermotransformer (ABTT) is implemented depending on availability of heating (the heating period or the period of absence of heating) and the temperature of the return system water at the inlet in three modes: heat pump mode with one-stage absorption (during the heating period); heat pump mode with two-stage absorption (during the heating period); cooling machine mode with two-stage absorption (during the absence of heating) with heat removal by means of an air cooling apparatus.
EFFECT: reduced capital and operating costs for heat removal.
