DEVICE FOR CHECKING PARAMETERS OF BEARING SHELL Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering; shells of sliding bearings. SUBSTANCE: device has base, check unit, fixed stop and check unit movable head, check unit head displacement mechanism in form of operating cylinder, pusher and measuring units. Device has magazine with intake chute with semicylindrical surface for placing the shell installed at preset angle relative to base plane, check unit with semicylindrical measuring portion installed parallel to base plane with asymmetrically located pusher slot, T-shaped pusher. Pusher is installed in process of charging and discharging of check unit so that its upper surface coincides with generatrix of semicylindrical surface of intake chute located in plane of symmetry of T-shaped pusher whose drive is made in form of lever. One end of lever arm is placed in rod slot and other end, in housing slot with displacement relative to axis of symmetry of housing. Movable measuring head is made in form of rod with slot one end of which engages with operating cylinder. EFFECT: improved quality of checking parameters of shells. 4 dwg
