FIELD: instrumentation, check of height and lack of parallelism of surfaces of joint relative to generating line of outer cylindrical surface of insert of bearing. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear has base carrying testing unit, fixed rest and mobile measurement head of testing unit, mechanism in the form of working cylinder meant for movement of head of testing unit, ejector, frequency meter, indicator, processing unit, mechanism for rejection of inserts, driving gates for movement of rejected parts, trays for parts and movement sensor placed in mobile measurement head for contact of its tip with base surface of testing unit and intended for measurement of height of insert. Testing unit has four movement sensors placed in common measurement system and arranged in pairs in fixed rest and in mobile measurement head for contact of their tips with surfaces of joint of inserts and meant for measurement of deviation from parallelism of surfaces of joint of insert with reference to its outer cylindrical surface. Tips of sensors contact surfaces of joint of insert via small balls. EFFECT: expanded technological capabilities of gear. 4 dwg
