FIELD: measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear is related to equipment for weight-free check of weight-measuring mechanisms, specifically automobile balances, precision force-loading machines, standard large-force installations, testing machines and presses of increased precision. Gear to test balance includes force exciters manufactured identical and having pistons separated from bases of hydraulic cylinders by elastic membranes. Hydraulic cylinders are connected through valve and distributor with common hydraulic drive made from material with high heat conductance to hydraulic station fabricated in the form of high-pressure vessel having body with cooling ribs inside which working medium is placed. Gear is also provided with electric heater and heat exchanger. One of force exciters is put into power frame in series with standard force-measuring transducer. Other force exciters are mounted on platform of tested balance which base is joined with the use of ties and horizontal cross-piece to piston of hydraulic cylinder.
