FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: machine has a load frame consisting of a base and cross-beams joined by columns, a loading hydraulic cylinder, standard force sensors (references) installed in power circuit of the machine, a force measuring and indicating system, a loading hydraulic system, supports for mounting and transferring loads through standard force sensors to test force sensors, hydraulic and electric communication lines for machine components. The machine is provided with a base plate suspended from the cross-beam on adjustable spring suspensions, said base plate fitted with standard force sensors which are in contact, without load, with supports built into the cross-beam. In the piston of the loading hydraulic cylinder, there is a coaxial cylindrical boring interfaced with a floating hydraulically spring-loaded piston which is restricted from movement towards the zone of the test forcemeters by a rigid support, said piston being fitted with a standard force sensor at a limiting load of 0.1 f the limiting load of standard force meters mounted on the base plate. A disc is attached to the end of the piston of the loading cylinder through flexible circular membranes, said disc being in contact with standard force sensors when the test forcemeter mounted on the disc is loaded.
EFFECT: possibility of calibrating forcemeters in a wide range of limiting loads.
