FIELD: vibration measurement. SUBSTANCE: vibration meter includes SHF generator, detector with indicator connected to it and antenna. Distance from antenna in the form of round waveguide to detector is found from relation , where l1- is distance from antenna to detector; λw is length of wave in transmission line; n - 1,3,5..., and distance from antenna to tested object is determined from relation , where l2 is distance from antenna to tested object; λo- is length of wave in free space. Length of round waveguide along transmission line is established from relation , where l3 is length of round waveguide along transmission line and radius of round waveguide is found from relation .
