FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has two oscillators, two acoustically coupled piezoids interconnected through coupling element, arranged in parallel to each other, and provided with four plates. Device also has signal comparison unit whose input is connected to external plates of piezoid and output to second oscillator, phase detector whose input is connected to external plates of piezoid and output, to measuring instrument. Oscillators are connected to additional plates of piezoid. EFFECT: improved measurement accuracy. 1 dwg
