Abstract RU 2082159 C1

FIELD: nondestructive testing of quality of metals, inspection of microcracks. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has tolerance comparator connected with input to output of phase detector, logic unit and drive connected in series. Drive is designed for actuator of machine. Device also includes two indicators of number of manufactured and rejected articles which are connected with inputs to proper outputs of logic unit. Measurement channel is manufactured in the form of attenuator and first amplifier connected in series (the latter being connected to first winding of first eddy current converter) and first amplifier-former connected with input to second winding of first eddy current converter and with output - to first input of phase detector. Channel for formation of standard signal is made in the form of phase inverter and second amplifier placed in series and connected to first winding of second eddy current converter and second amplifier- former connected with input to second winding of second eddy current converter and with output - to second input of phase detector. Output of generator of sinusoidal oscillations is connected to input of attenuator. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency and reliability of device. 12 dwg
