DEVICE FOR EDDY CURRENT TEST OF METALLIC NON-MAGNETIC OBJECTS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01B7/06 G01N27/90

Abstract RU 2629711 C1

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first, second and third harmonic signal generators, a synchronization circuit, a detachable eddy current transducer, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth synchronous detectors, the first, second, third, fourth fifth and sixth integrating samplers, a computing unit, a display unit. The inputs of the generators are connected to the first output of the synchronization circuit, the signal outputs of the generators are connected to the inputs of the detachable eddy current transducer. The signal inputs of the synchronous detectors are connected to the output of the detachable eddy current transducer, the control inputs of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth synchronous detectors are respectively connected to the first and second control outputs of the first generator, to the first and second control outputs of the second generator, to the first and second control outputs of the third generator, while the outputs of the synchronous detectors are respectively connected to the signal inputs of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth integrating samplers. The control inputs of the integrating samplers are connected to the second output of the synchronization circuit, each output of the integrating samplers are connected to a separate input of the computing unit. The output of the computing unit is connected to the input of the display unit.

EFFECT: increased reliability of the control due to more qualitative separation of the reactions of the eddy current transducer into interaction with the object of each of the frequency components of the exciting magnetic field.
