FIELD: equipment for generation and processing of radio signals. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of optical transmitter with laser diode and photodetector. In addition device has electronic commutator with two gates. First power divider, power adder, control unit and serial circuit of microwave signals amplifier, second power divider and controlled attenuator are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. First input of first power divider is connected to first input of adder which second input is connected to output of controlled attenuator through first gate of electronic commutator. Output of first power divider is connected to input of optical transmitter. Second input of first power divider is connected to input of control unit, which first output is connected to control input of second gate of electronic commutator. Second output of control unit is connected to control input of first gate of electronic commutator; third output of control unit is connected to control input of controlled attenuator. Input of first power divider is connected to input of device through second gate of electronic commutator. Second output of second power divider provides device output.
