FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has power transformer 1, which primary winding 2 is connected to outputs for its connecting to alternating current power supply system. Beginning 3 of the first secondary winding 4 is connected to incandescent lamp 6 through controllable alternating current switch 5 and end 7 is connected to free output 8 of incandescent lamp 6. The device also has voltage pickup 9, rectifier 10, alternating current switch 11, amplifier 12, illumination control unit 13, comparison unit 14, saw-shaped voltage generator 15, adjusting resistor 16, control pulse former 17, time relay 18, emitting repeater 19, RC-circuit 20 and 21 rectangular pulse former 22. Power transformer 1 has additional secondary winding 23. The device has also secondary winding 24 of transformer 1. EFFECT: improved voltage stabilization coefficient. 6 dwg
