FIELD: optoelectronic instruments, in particular, optoelectronic tracing systems. SUBSTANCE: device has emitter, heater and temperature control unit. Emitter is designed as plate which is made from aluminum alloy, in which electric heaters are arranged uniformly in horizontal direction. Heaters are covered with metal alloy. Their working surface is covered with intensely dull enamel. Center of working surface contains real temperature detector which is located in recess, is not mounted rigidly. Real temperature detector is designed as rod platinum temperature-sensitive element. Unit of thyristor gates is connected to back surface of emitter. Outputs of real temperature detector and of control electrodes of thyristor gates are connected to control unit which has temperature control unit. Latter control unit is designed as separate unit which is insulated from supply line by stepping-down and pulse transformers. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 cl, 2 dwg
