FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has ulnar and humeral parts. The ulnar part has foot being cylindric rod with longitudinal grooves and articulation component connected to the foot through internal cone. The humeral part has foot being cylindric rod with longitudinal grooves, adapter fork connected to the foot through internal cone and polyethylene head connected to the fork by means of grooves. Feet of the ulnar and humeral parts are oriented in vagus position due to their axes being inclined relative to the articulation component revolution axis. Foot of the humeral part is displaced inside as far as possible relative to the articulation component revolution axis. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of prosthesis. 3 dwg
