FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon application of two hemocarboperfusions by using ozonized sorbent at 5-7-day-long interval between procedures. That causes labile glycemia with gradual decrease of blood sugar level to the sixth day. Then course injection of dissolved ozone into blood is conducted at 0.0002-0.3 mg/kg body weight once per 3-15 days for at least 4-6 seances. EFFECT: increased sugar-reducing result, decreased diabetic complications as angiopathy, retinopathy and nephropathy. 1 dwg, 5 tbl
