FIELD: waste water purification. SUBSTANCE: in a method including introduction of flocculant solution into industrial water, saturating it with air bubbles, floatation separation of air flocculi, petroleum derivatives, surfactants, and oil-like substances, hydraulic separation of solids and sludge flocculi by way of their sedimentation in aqueous medium is carried out immediately after floatation separation of above indicated materials, the two processes being conducted in adjacent, communicating with each other zones of the same chamber. Floatation separation of hydrophobic part of impurities is conducted in upper of the two zones. Saturation of industrial water with fine air bubbles is achieved by the aid of pneumohydraulic aeration, for which liquid phase with contained therein surfactants is separated from floatation foam product and used as pressure water.
