PROCESS FOR REGENERATION OF WATER-DILUTABLE PAINT MATERIAL Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: chemical industry, particularly, painting of products by anodic precipitation. SUBSTANCE: process makes it possible to use water-dilutable waste with acid number of 40-150 based on carboxyl-containing binder and resin precipitate from the bath solution slurry which accumulated in the bath and coagulum from sewage reemiting from washing the product after the painting operation, and also makes it possible to reduce pollution of the environment. Waste is washed with desalted water, treated with aqueous solution of amine containing compound and mixed with binder. The aqueous solution of the compound further comprises solvent partially compatible with binder and water in amount of 0.09-0.11 % by volume of mixture of amine-containing compound and water at (0.9-1.1):2 ratio, the waste thus treated is used to prepare working solution of the bath.
