FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is equipped with pressure regulator 14 placed on feeding material wire 10 before sprayer 11 and supplementary throttle 15 whose input is connected with feeding materials wire 10 before pressure regulator 14 and whose output is connected with return materials wire 12 between first throttle 13 and pump 1. Sprayer 11 is made pneumatic. Pressure regulator 14 is made as housing with membrane 18 placed in it, spring-loaded valve 19 connected with membrane 18 and located from one side of it and spring 21 regulated by means of adjusting screw 20 and located from the other side. Supplementary throttle allows to apply regulator of low pressure ensuring smoother regulation of material pressure during spraying. After the whole plant is warmed up it is switched over to spraying mode at the given material discharge regulating the pressure of air supplied to drive of pneumatic piston pump, to first and supplementary throttles 13, 15 and adjusting pressure regulator 14.
