FIELD: medicine; gynecology. SUBSTANCE: female patient is subjected to routine procedure of recording anamnesis, examining her gynecologic condition and studying purity degree of vaginal contents. Inventive novelty of proposed method resides in fact that, prior to administering intrauterine contraceptive agent, chemiluminescence level of phagocyte cells of cervical mucus is additionally analyzed. If that level is above norm, unfavorable outcome is prognosticated. As said intrauterine contraceptive agent, it is possible to administer cuprior argentiferous preparations. EFFECT: greater accuracy in making prognoses of intrauterine contraception outcome.
