SUBSTANCE: method involves intra-amnially introducing 75-35 ml of physiological salt solution into the uterine under ultrasonic control. 3-5 ml of the introduce solution is sucked and mixed with enzaprost F2a. Intrauterine instillation of the mixture is carried out. EFFECT: reduced risk of traumatic complications related to pregnancy interruption.
