FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves stratifying 1 ml cytochrome c (4 mg/ml) on 1 ml nonhemolyzed serum blood and on surface of these liquids white ring is observed visually. Precipitation reaction is estimated by result of this observation. Indicated liquids were mixed and the presence of low-spin and high-spin forms of cytochrome c is determined. Malignant tumor is diagnosed by data of precipitation reaction, ratio of low-spin and high-spin forms of cytochrome c at the range of 225-663 density units. EFFECT: increased reliability of method, universality of diagnosis. 1 tbl
