FIELD: alarm systems working from AC networks and employing conductance pickups, both conductive and inductive. SUBSTANCE: usage of windings of bell in the capacity of step-down power transformer of device makes it possible to exclude contact relays from circuit and to diminish many times dimensions of device placing it in case of bell. Separation of power supply of light and sound alarms by directions of current in secondary winding enables to have one common electron key of sound alarm for great number of connected pickups and light alarm - per each pickup individually. High-frequency unit generating voltage of sound and light alarms by corresponding directions of current is developed for operation of drive with capacitive and inductive pickups. When device is used as two-position regulator electron key is inserted into circuit of primary winding to control electric actuating mechanism.
