FIELD: ADVERTISING. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to field of ADVERTISING and exhibition business, more precisely, to gears based on decorative principle of visual presentation of ADVERTISING and exhibition information. ADVERTISING and displaying arrangement has hollow frame, fixture for information medium and electric motor. Fixture for information medium is manufactured in the form of hollow roller placed vertically and kinematically coupled to electric motor. Separable signs with elements of needed information are mounted on roller. Roller with signs is enclosed in lantern made of transparent material on which upper platform sleeve with slits housing colored filament lamp is located. Decorative illumination and knobs of sound generating device are brought outside case. EFFECT: effective bringing of needed information to customers with creation of good conditions for rest. 2 dwg
