FIELD: applied arts. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow housing and transparent shells mounted on housing. Number of shells is determined by symmetrical arrangement relative to central axis of housing. Tube positioned in central part of housing has height exceeding that of shells. Hollow cylinder is put onto end of tube. Hollow truncated cone is mounted on upper end of cylinder. Ornamental light-dissipating members of different color, one member per each shell, and pipe with nipple are positioned in lower part of shells. Air is supplied through nipple in one direction. Compressor for supplying air into shells is mounted in cylinder. Compressor is provided with impeller. Red illumination lamp is mounted within compressor and musical reproduction unit is positioned within fountain housing. Device creates nimbus of many-colored fireworks of air bubbles in shells and imitates torch in cone with musical background. EFFECT: increased efficiency in creating amiable stress relieving conditions for rest and increased entertaining effect. 3 dwg
