FIELD: shoes industry. SUBSTANCE: anti-skid device has plate with sharpened serrations and channels made on side of spring-loaded stem faced to shaft and connected with plate. Shaft with toothed wheels is provided with slots made in its middle portion. One slot is adapted for receiving end of pin-type spring. Spherical member is positioned between plate and shaft and is alternately dipped into plate channels. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency, provision for elimination of traumatism and, as a result, safe walking on icy surface due to spontaneous actuation during sliding. 3 dwg
