FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: antiskid device has support provided with tenons and adapted for attachment to shoe heel and protective member with retainer. Side surface of support is made cylindrical and protective member is formed as cylindrical ring put onto support. Inclined slots and mating ridges adapted for insertion into these slots are made on joined surfaces of support. Retainers are formed as resilient plates with rough surface and arranged on ridges. Stops are arranged in slots in locations adjacent to junctions with outer end surface of support. Protective member has outer projection. EFFECT: increased antiskidding effect, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 5 dwg
