FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: bogie has the following equipment mounted on frame 2: device 21 for positive control of wheelsets 5 from side of body 10, buffer gears 6 and device 41 preventing rotation of car body 10. Device 31 is made in form of shaft 44 installed across frame 2 in two rotation supports 33 on car body 10. Shaft has two levers 35 on its ends and lever 36 in middle part hinge-connected by coupling tie-rod 38 with cross beam of bogie frame 2. Device 21 for positive control of wheelsets 5 from side of car body 10 is made in form of pair of three-arm levers mounted on end faces of cross beam of bogie frame 2 for turning in vertical longitudinal plane, two horizontal arms of each lever being hinge-coupled with axle boxes by rigid tie-rods. Vertically oriented arm is hinge-coupled with bogie frame 2 by means of damping device 6 and is hinge-coupled with lever 35 on end of shaft by means of rigid tie-rod.
