ALPRAZOLAM HIGH-LABELED WITH TRITIUM AND A METHOD OF ITS PREPARING Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing tritium-labeled water in the presence of alprazolam by contact of PdO and 5% PdO/Al₂O₃ in atmosphere of gaseous tritium under pressure 545-555 gPa at 69-71 C for 15-20 min in reactor. Then in the same reactor reaction of isotope exchange between alprazolam and tritium-labeled water is carried out in the presence of a mixture of dioxane with triethylamine taken at ratio = (9-11):1 and at ratio alprazolam : tritium-labeled water : solvent mixture = (14-16):(3.2-3.6):(45-55) mg/mcl/mcl. Reaction is carried out at 175-188 C for 55-65 min at uniform heating the reactor. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 3 cl
