FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new substance - 4-ethyl-2,6,7-trioxa-1-phosphobicyclo-[2.2.2]-octane-1-oxide highly labeled with tritium or deuterium at ethyl radical. The parent compound is subjected for reaction of catalytic solid-phase heterogeneous isotope exchange between substance hydrogens and gaseous tritium. Reaction of isotope exchange is carried out for 15-25 min at 160-180 C using 5% Pt/C as a catalyst. Ratio of catalyst and substance = (8-12):1. Synthesized compound can be used in chemistry of physiologically active compounds in medical-biological investigations. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
