SUBSTANCE: vegetable raw is treated with acid solution at amount 2-5% of raw, kept at 20-80 C for 15-120 min and vegetable substances were extracted with water at hydromodulus 4-10. The obtained mixture is separated for liquid phase and a mixture of liquid and solid phases. EFFECT: improved method of processing.
