FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to creation of vertical water-proofing of foundations, walls in erection of new and in reconstruction of existing buildings and structures. According to method, firstly concrete surface is primed with limestone paste or soluble glass, then plaster mortar is applied which contains orthophosphoric acid in amount of 0.02-0.03% of cement mass and after plaster layer is hardened, its surface is fused by low-temperature plasma. Water-proofing coating produced by aforesaid method features high adhesive property and stability under action of tangential forces of frost swelling in buildings erected on seasonally freezing ground.
