The complex concrete modifying agent comprises the following components, wt.-% of cement weight: sodium alkylarylsulfonate as waste in petrochemical production, 0.5; carbonate slime, finely dispersed mineral powder, deposit formed in the process of reagent treatment of industrial sewage and water preparing in plants of chemistry and energetic, 5. Invention provides the improvement of rheological indices of cement- -sandy and concrete mixtures in all steps of hardening and physical- -mechanical properties of cement-sandy samples.
