SUBSTANCE: breaking-waves power plant mounted on coastal hydraulic structure has hydraulic turbine with electric generator and wave intake working element installed in front of hydraulic structure on reservoir side and provided with piston pumps, pipings, and check valves connected to hydraulic turbine; wave intake working element is made as float mounted inside vertical frame for displacement; piston pumps are connected in parallel with header through check valves; hydroelectric power plant is provided with at least one additional float installed inside vertical frame for displacement; frames are mounted on hydraulic structure for displacement in horizontal plane.
