SUBSTANCE: material has mica paper layer, substrate which is made from fiber glass or basalt fabric and gluing composition which has 50-200 weight parts of dioxypolydimethylsiloxane (α,ω), 15-20 weight parts of oligotrimethylsiloxane, 1-6 weight parts of g aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1-6 weight parts of tetrabutoxytitan, 200-600 weight parts of toluene. EFFECT: increased stability against fire, increased mechanical and electric strength and flexibility.
