FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has multiple-stage chamber assembled from any number of similar tray-shaped troughs, according to requirements of User, or separate chambers with additional plate-permanent magnet. Troughs are joined with locks-magnets and, as a result, predetermined low magnetic field intensity not exceeding 10 Oe is generated. Transformation is effectuated by means of troughs and magnetic locks and one plate is joined from top. Each troughs may be filled with packets of seeds or seed may be loaded in bulk. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction, enhanced reliability in operation and improved quality of seeds. 4 dwg
