DOMESTIC AUTOCLAVE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: preservation of food, mainly meat, fish, mushrooms. SUBSTANCE: domestic autoclave is made in the form of vertical sterilizing chamber with sealing cover. The cover is made in the form of oval box with a flange at lower part of cover side surface. A blind tube is undetachably passed through center of cover to the level of heat transfer agent. The tube is intended to receive a thermometer and serves also for fixing the cover with the aid of its handle and a bolt. The handle 5 is provided with an arc-shaped rest secured by means of groove and slide block. EFFECT: simple manufacturing of autoclave and more reliable sealing of its inner space. 3 dwg
