FIELD: agriculture; preparation of formula feeds. SUBSTANCE: device has housing with loading and unloading branch pipes, electric motor with rotor and stator secured on its horizontal shaft. Loading and unloading branch pipes are located perpendicularly relative to shaft and diametrically opposite to each other. Grooves in the form of semi-circles are provided between projections on stator; radius of these semi-circles reduces from maximum at loading branch pipe to minimum at unloading branch pipe. Grooves are symmetrical in pairs relative to diameter of rotor connecting the inlet and outlet branch pipes. Projections of rotor are made in the form of rectangular teeth; radius of semi-circle of grooves is equal to 0.03-0.3 of inner radius of rotor. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
