SUBSTANCE: device for grain grinding relates to devices for processing of fodder grain for mixed fodders. The device comprises a stand with a fixed loading hopper having a window for grain discharge, a sieve and a grinder in the form of a plate fixed on a shaft of a high-speed electric motor installed vertically and equipped with a sealing unit. The plane of rotation of a peripheral impact part of a plate passes under the window for grain discharge from the hopper. The shaft with at least one plate is located below the stand plane.
