FIELD: electrical, electronic and aircraft industries; plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: method comes to preparation of contacting surfaces, assembling of packs and subsequent combined deformation of metals to be connected through intermediate lining melting in process of deformation. Combined deformation is carried out with preliminary plastic compression of packs without melting of intermediate lining by upsetting with force equal to 0.2-0.6 of total upsetting force applied to pack at its deformation. When carrying out preliminary upsetting of pack without melting of lining, tight contact of metals is provided which permits additional loading of lining in hard state, thus precluding oxidizing of lining material at its subsequent melting and providing uniform heating and melting of lining with resulting increase in strength of connected layers. Strength is increased by 15 % in the average as compared with prototype. EFFECT: increased strength of joint.
