FIELD: transport engineering; bicycles and velomobiles. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has pedal-drive and steering portions of wheel-road frame flexibly coupled by free-wheeling mechanism and chain drive. Pedal-drive portion of wheeled frame is made in form of chassis. Axes of rotation of at least one pair of driving wheels are aligned with axis of rotation of pedal and are intercoupled through overrunning clutches of free-wheeling mechanism. At least one other driving wheel is coupled with above-indicated drive through chain drive for reversing. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
