FIELD: load hoisting equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has outer frame 1 with cramps 15 for securing the device to breastwork of building under repair or construction. Positioned inside outer frame 1 is inner frame 4 mounted rotatably around vertical axis with the aid of hinge supports . Guides 16 intended to guide wheels 6 of load carriage 6 are mounted on the inner frame. In their lower part the guides have enlarging members 17. Attached to the outer frame are right beam 2 and left beam 3, which are connected with vertical tie beams of the outer frame with the aid of braces 10. Counterweights 9 are instaled on the back ends of the tie beams. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
