FIELD: load handling equipment; outdoor and indoor civil engineering and erection work. SUBSTANCE: winch has clamps 1 and 2 connected with rockers 5 and 6 means of ties. Installed in the housing of the winch between the clamps is member 15 with cylindrical surface for winding pull rope 16. The winch is provided with additional clamp 20. In the course of the winch operation clamps 1 and 2 are move in the same direction and interact with pull rope 16 with some lag relative to each other. The efforts developed by clamps 1 and 2 are different. When both the clamps are released, pull rope 16 is held immovable by additional clamp 20. EFFECT: possibility of use for displacement and installation of loads in horizontal, vertical and inclined planes. 3 cl, 4 dwg
