SUBSTANCE: U-shaped lower clamping block 11 of winch clamp has vertical side cheeks 13 with cylindrical holes 14, rockers 16 made with cylindrical projections 15 fitted into holes 14 of cheeks 13. Rocker 16, upper and lower clamping blocks 10 and 11 are interconnected by cylindrical loading member 17 passing through cylindrical holes 18 and coaxial cylindrical hole 19 in upper clamping block 10. Cylindrical Holes 18 are arranged eccentrically relative to axis of turning of projections 15 of rockers 16.
