FIELD: chemistry of polymers, more particularly preparation of non-toxic materials of different plasticity for packing foodstuffs, cosmetic agents, medicinal products and drugs, and also various consumer goods. SUBSTANCE: claimed composition comprises, wt.pts: vinyl chloride copolymer, 100.0; arylsulfamidocapronic acid based stabilizer, 1.1-5.5; epoxidated vegetable oil, 1.0-6.0. Composition further comprises 1.0-80.0 wt.pts of plasticizer. The claimed polymeric composition has no stabilizer exudated on the material surface when said composition is processible under pressure. Equipment efficiency during processibility is 93-145 g/min, light transmission is 80-88% and yellowness coefficient is 12-28%. EFFECT: increased resistance to exudation of the stabilizer and greater equipment efficiency and no deterioration of in light transmission and yellowness of the claimed polymeric composition.
