FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: the loom harness frame has two side members rigidly connected to horizontal strips furnished with rectangular bars, needle carrier retainers, uprights and locks. The side members and horizontal strips are made of a square-section bar and joined by welding; stiffness of the upper horizontal strip is enhanced by a U-shaped plate of the same length secured on the upper horizontal strip by plug welds, and stiffness of the lower horizontal strip is enhanced by two plates secured on both sides of the lower strip by plug welds; this plates are corrugated, and corrugations have a trapezoidal shape.
