FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has rotor 1 provided with cylindric shafts from both sides and cylindric hollow air receivers 13 arranged along the axis and connected with compartment-compressor 6 through passages 14. Rotor 1 is provided with rectangular grooves 15 between receivers 13 of which are plate-pistons 16 and 17 that can move perpendicular to the axis of rotor 1. Rotor 4 is provided with Laval nozzles 23 and 24 over its periphery and C-shaped hollows 25. The housing of engine 5 consists of compartment-compressor 6, intermediate insert 7, second working compartment 8, intermediate insert 9, third working section 10, and end face covers 11 and 12.
