SUBSTANCE: hydraulic distributor has delivery and drain sections 1 and 2, at least one working section 3 interposed between them, delivery and drain lines 4 and 5, distributors 6, passageways 7 for hydraulic control of the distributors, pressure regulators 8 mounted in passages 7, additional section 9 with by-passing passage 10, hydraulically controlled two-position two-stroke distributor 11 with additional electrically controllable pressure regulator 12 mounted in control hydraulic line 13, shutoff normally open valve 16, two-cascade safety valve 17, and handle 18 for control of electromagnets.
