HYDRAULIC SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering, hydraulic drives applicable in various hydraulic systems of agricultural, road-building and other mobile machines, and also in machine tool manufacture, are mining and oil- producing industries and pipeline repairs. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system has pumping plant whose inlet is connected to hydraulic tank; two hydraulic motors of working equipment drive connected to respective control units by means of direct and reverse hydraulic lines; pressure and draining lines communicating control units with pumping plant and hydraulic tank, respectively. Hydraulic system is also provided with two-position four-line reverse distributor installed in direct and reverse hydraulic lines of one of hydraulic motors. Slide valve of said distributor is pressed from one side by spring setting distributor to one of its positions, and it is pressed from other side by pusher with piston. Piston diameter is larger than slide valve diameter and together with distributor body forms two cavities, one of which is cavity for moving of slide valve to other position. Both cavities are communicated via controlled through by means of control line with distributor working branch connected with direct hydraulic line. Cavity for slide valve motion is additionally connected to this line by check valve inlet. Distributor spring cavity is communicated by means of additional control line with distributor own inlet connected with direct hydraulic line.
