FIELD: smoothbore cartridges, in particular, cartridges in which the injurious effect of bullets is expressed in piercing of obstacles reinforced by metal. SUBSTANCE: the bullet has a steel slug with a heavy head striking part and a thinned tail piece, and a plastic stabilizer connected to it. A basing cylinder and an annular groove are formed on the bullet tail piece, and a locking annular lug is provided in the stabilizer seat. The head striking part has a sharp edge formed on the top by a recess and an obturating cylindrical shoulder with a diameter that is less than the bore diameter, and a cone reverse to the shot direction, and the stabilizer is furnished with an obturating collar with a shock-absorbing thinning and elastic lugs, whose diameter exceeds the diameter of the cartridge case duct.
