FIELD: volume proportioning of liquids in production line pertaining to manufacture of building materials, expanded-clay lightweight concrete building blocks. SUBSTANCE: device has bearing clamp with dial and limiter, hollow cylinder with central nut in upper base located inside housing and secured in it by means of outer and inner bushes with gland packing between them; adjusting screw driven into central nut is passed through bearing clamp. Proportioner housing is connected with service reservoir through first side branch pipe and first valve and with service reservoir level indicator through second side branch pipe and second valve.
