FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for manufacture of expanded-clay concrete blocks with elevated factory preparedness and is aimed at increasing productivity and automation degree of manufacture of blocks. Production line has molds, accumulator-distributor of foam-concrete blend, mixer with liquid dispenser, roller conveyor and thermal couple. Within thermal treatment zone, roller conveyor consists of two, three, four or more parallel sections combined with thermal chambers. End regions of sections are provided with telfers and pushers. Before the first section of thermal chamber, stacker is installed. Region of easing of holders is provided with block removal mechanism and is followed by holding-return conveyor section, its outlet being coupled with inlet to conveyor first vibration exciter. The latter is combined with expanded clay tank. Outlet of the first vibration exciter is connected through turntable to the second vibration exciter integrated with accumulator-distributor of foam-concrete blend. Holding molds are made with side pressings excluding their deformation when blocks are being shaped and thereby allowing manufacturing blocks with high-precision dimensions. Stacker is provided with carriage-mounted second deviating U-shaped frame which excludes touching holding ends when being stacked. In addition, mixer for foam-concrete blend is connected with water and surfactant solution containers. EFFECT: increased productivity. 3 cl, 9 dwg
